KNAPSACK SPRAYER
|
|
Features:
Knapsack sprayer consists of a pump and an
air chamber permanently installed in a 9 to 22.5 liters tank. The
handle of the pump extending over the shoulder or under the arm of
operator makes it possible to pump with one hand and spray with
the other. Uniform pressure can be maintained by keeping the pump
in continuous operation.

7.2 POWER KNAPSACK SPRAYER
|
|
Features:
It consists of a frame on which fuel tank, engine and hose
with cut-off mechanism are mounted. The frame is provided with
shock-proof cushion that comfortably fits on the back of the
operator to reduce transfer of vibrations to the operator. The
1-3 hp engine has electronic ignition, which is easy to be
operated and maintained. It is provided with an on-off control
switch and a mechanism for adjusting the discharge rate from
0.5-5.0 litre/min. The spray liquid is blown-out by an air
current generated in the tank. The liquid from the tank passes
through a tube to the nozzle on the spray lance by gravity. It
has provision for dusting and ULV application.

Power Tiller
Mounted Orchard Sprayer |
|
Features:
It
consists of an HTP (horizontal triplex piston) pump, trailed type
main chassis with transport wheels, chemical tank with hydraulic
agitation system, cut-off device, pressure regulator, safety vale
and a folding boom. The boom is fitted with turbo nozzles and it
can develop pressure of 9-18 kg/cm2. It generates
droplets of 100-150 micron sizes. Depending upon the plant size
and their row spacing, the orientation of booms can be adjusted.
The spray boom is mounted behind the operator and is good for
spraying in orchard crops...
